Shipping Information

In-stock items are shipped within 5-7 business days.

If an item is out-of-stock, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order and notify you with an estimated shipping date for the remaining portion of your order. We may offer you a refund or credit for the out-of-stock, unshipped portion of your order.

  • We ship using USPS. We will not ship UPS.
  • Orders over $150 receive Free Ground Shipping.
  • Shipping charges are calculated after discounts are applied.

Hawaii and Alaska: We love you! Shipping and handling fees are the same and all discounts apply; however, please note that shipping will take a few days longer to arrive.

International shipping is not offered at this time.

All orders placed online or over the phone have a small handling fee incorporated into the shipping cost. This fee covers some of the cost for packing boxes/material, shipping labels and labor to prepare your shipment.

Damaged items

We take reasonable effort to prevent damage during shipment; however, we are not responsible for damage incurred in the possession of the shipping company. Should damage occur, contact us and the shipping agent immediately.

To investigate a Damage Claim, you will need photos of the damaged items, shipping containers and shipping labels as you received them, as soon as possible. It is important that you:

  1. Clearly note all damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
  2. Get and keep a copy of the delivery receipt.
  3. Contact us and the shipping agent within 1 business day.
  4. Be sure to keep all packing material for inspection.
  5. Take pictures of all packaging and items, damaged and undamaged.

Missing items

Did we forget to ship an item or sent a wrong item to you? Doh! We feel deeply embarrassed and apologize profusely! Please take a photo of what you received and contact us immediately to allow us to make things right.
